These terms are a binding agreement between you and Leadetector LLC(“Leadetector,” “we,” or “us”).
1. The service
Leadetector LLC provides lead generation services for home service businesses. Specific terms of service, including pricing, placement limits, and service area, are confirmed individually with each customer following a scope call and precede any billing.
2. Lead qualification standards
Leads are checked against the criteria published on our Standards page before delivery. If a delivered lead does not meet those standards, it will not count against your account, subject to the terms confirmed with your account.
3. No guarantee of specific results
We qualify leads to a defined standard, but we do not guarantee any specific number of leads, conversion rate, or business outcome. Lead volume varies by trade, service area, and market conditions.
4. Payment
Pricing is custom-quoted based on your trade, service area, and volume, and confirmed with you before any charges apply. Payment terms are set out in your individual agreement.
5. Cancellation
Cancellation and pause terms are covered during setup and documented in your individual agreement. Contact us directly to discuss changes to an active account.
6. Acceptable use
This website and its content are provided for businesses evaluating or using our lead generation services. You may not use this site to submit false information or to interfere with the site's normal operation.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes affecting active customers will be communicated directly.
